Spoiler: the answer isn’t becoming more disciplined

You’re not lazy or disorganized. You’re just trying to do things in the “normal” way that was never meant for you. Let’s fix that!

You’ll never hear me ask “have you tried making a list?”

Because those “helpful” suggestions make me feel like pulling my hair out, too. Coaching goes wayyy beyond the generic tips and tricks you’ve already tried. We’re building something personalized that will actually work for you (even if it’s a little unconventional).

Let’s make this your best semester yet!

  • 60 Minute Sessions

This is your dedicated time to dig into whatever has been getting in your way. Together we’ll figure out your path forward.

  • In-Between Support

Because ADHD doesn't have office hours.  You can reach out via email or messages if you're getting stuck, and I'll reply within 24 business hours.

  • 100% Personalized Approach

There’s no template or prescribed system. I meet you where you’re at, and help you figure out what works for you!

  • Curated Resources

I will connect you with helpful resources and information as they become relevant in our sessions. You get full access without the info overload.

  • Set the Pace

We’ll work together on your terms. I don’t make you commit to sessions or pay up-front. You can start with weekly check-ins, and move to less frequent touch ups as needed (or whatever works for you!).

  • Judgement Free Zone

I know how frustrating it is to want to do something but feel like you just… can’t. I also know how upsetting it can be to be judged and misunderstood. Rest assured, I get where you’re coming from (because I’ve been there too!)

Per session

$125 CAD

No packages and no pressure. Just pay as you go

Additionally, I have completed level 1 certificates of study in ADHD and foundations with the Institute for Challenging Disorganization.

I am committed to continuing my education and skills development through various courses and programs.

Please mind all pricing on my website is in Canadian Dollars (CAD)

  • Not at all! No formal diagnosis of any kind is required for us to work together.

  • Therapy is often about addressing the "why", whereas coaching is action oriented around the "how". We are focused on your present challenges, exploring your values and strengths, and helping you manage day-to-day life.

Coaching and therapy can work really well together, and often clients are working with a therapist and ADHD coach at the same time!
