  • Eliminating Shame: Your “forgetfulness” or “distractibility” aren’t character flaws!

  • Gentle Accountability: You’ll never “get into trouble” with your ADHD coach, Zoe. Instead we’ll find systems to hold you accountable beyond the coaching space.

  • Finding your Fuel: What are the things that actually excite you and get you into action? We can look at how to harness that energy and use it to do the important (but more boring) things.
