ADHD coaching is a collaborative, strengths-based and action oriented partnership.  Your ADHD coach isn't there to prescribe hacks (okay, maybe sometimes). 

Instead, I'll meet you exactly where you're at to help you stop fighting with your brain and truly start understanding it. Together, we identify your personal academic goals, look at the specific executive functioning hurdles throwing you off track.

The goal is to help you understand what works and why it works, so that eventually you can move on from ADHD coaching with a shiny new toolbox you can keep pulling from.

How can ADHD coaching help you?

We'll focus on building continuous, manageable momentum.  This isn't talking about abstract theories, it's focused on what is actually going on in your real life.  We look at your syllabus, your calendar, and that exact tasks causing you to feel stuck right now.  But don't worry, you'll leave each session feeling more clear on your next steps.

  • Sparking Motivation

    Learn how to make motivation so you don’t have to rely on when it comes naturally the day before something is due.

  • Starting Tasks

    No, the answer isn’t “just sit down and do it”. Starting is often the hardest part, so we can look at strategies for making it easier.

  • Routines that Stick

    I love an aesthetic template as much as the next person, but often we pour all our effort into making the system pretty (instead of functional). We can design flexible routines around your focus windows and lifestyle.

  • Manage the Burnout Cycle

    The semester starts, you go all in, and completely burn yourself out before the midterms hit. Sound familiar? we can work on breaking out of this cycle so you can make your energy last the whole semester.
