Imagine turning your essay in on time

(and actually getting sleep the night before)

You don't need another lecture on time management or "applying yourself".  I provide personalized 1:1 coaching for University and College students who are exhausted from fighting their own brain.  Let's throw out the rulebook and figure out what actually works for you!

If you're scared of your student portal,
You're in the right place!

You just can't face the long list of upcoming tests and missed assignments... I get it!

I know you feel like you've tried everything.  A fancy new planner every week, that "life changing" app from a TikTok, or even "just trying harder.  It's frustrating when none of it sticks.

Standard hacks just weren't built for your executive dysfunction. You need support that's build around how you actually work.

That's where I come in! My 1:1 coaching meets you right where you're at. Together, we'll identify your goals, create strategies and fill your toolbox so you can have your best semester yet.

Hey, I'm Zoe!

Your friendly ADHD coach

Starting essays at midnight when it's due tomorrow, doomscrolling even though you desperately want to stop, getting a new planner in hopes that it will finally "fix your life"... sound familiar? I know what it's like because I've been there, too!

As a trained ADHD coach, I provide shame free 1:1 ADHD coaching for post-secondary students who want to do well, but can't figure out a way that works for them.

Here is how I like to do things:

  • Completely customized strategy

    • No two brains or lives are alike, so why would the strategy be any different? We figure out what works (and doesn't) for you, and plan around that accordingly.

  • In-between Support

    • ADHD doesn't have office hours.  You can message or email me if you're hitting a wall between sessions.

  • No Homework

    • Because you don't need another thing on your plate!  You'll leave with experiments, and there's no way you can fail.  Whatever happens gives us information to keep working with!

  • Ditching the Guilt

    • If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that you are not lazy.  You don't need a drill sergeant to "put you in line".  We replace the years of self-blame with getting to understand ADHD and how it shows up for you.

Before ADHD Coaching:

  • A fast approaching deadline is your only source of motivation

  • You start the semester strong and burn out quickly

  • Missing due dates and learning about upcoming tests the night before

  • An "organization system" that's complete chaos

  • You feel like you don't have time for school or life

  • Feeling like everyone else has it figured out, and you just need to try harder

After ADHD Coaching:

  • You know how to spark your own motivation

  • Have systems in place that feel natural to use and maintain

  • Sitting down to study doesn't feel like the hardest thing on earth

  • You start assignments in advance and work on them at a pace that feels comfy for you

  • You understand how your brain works and what it needs to thrive
